We recently moved in to Windward and absolutely love the community! This is our second new construction home in LWR and it was night and day to see the difference in the build process, communication with everyone involved and the closing process. Everyone in the neighborhood is super friendly and the amenities and walking trails are beautiful. We had such a smooth time working with our sales rep, Vanessa and our construction manager, Michael and couldn’t recommend this community enough!

We can sum up our experience with Neal in one word AWESOME!!! The great experience started with Vanessa our sales consultant. Vanessa really listened to what we wanted which included having our house by water. She also explained how to save a few dollars which as retirees is important. Vanessa really delivered. Next we meet with Sheri Roca our design Consultant. She too was super explaining in great detail all our options. Last but not least our PM kept us abreast every step of the way and due to his hard work we were able to move in EARLIER than our target date which also saved us money again. All in all working with the Neal team was a beautiful experience and we are now in our dream home

Could not be happier!! Second home built by Neal homes. Moved to Windward to get more space and what a beautiful home they built for us! Quality is the best design is just what we needed. Can’t say enough good things about this builder the community and this really solid home. Can’t beat our salesman Ryan Zimmerman. Thorough knowledge and always there to help. Second home we bought from him. Hats off to our construction manager Dan Matheson also! We highly recommend Neal homes and this Windward community!!

We purchased our forever home in the Windward community and have loved every minute of ownership. The builder has been super responsive to our needs, which are few. The community is well-planned and has awesome amenities for all to enjoy. We have already convinced a couple of friends to purchase in the same community! Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been in our home in the brand-new Lakewood Ranch community of Windward, a Neal community, for almost two months culminating our 15-month contract to close journey. Our move decision was made pre Covid, however, we signed our contract in April 2022 the height of Covid supply chain and other breakdown issues. While there certainly were bumps along the way, we were fortunate to have had Ryan Zimmerman as our sales representative to ease the way for us as best as possible. Throughout the entire process, Ryan took on tasks that we believe were beyond that of a typical salesperson. He updated us via text and email and sent photos and videos regularly.When we planned to be in Florida, Ryan always made himself available to meet with us in person to walk through the homesite. He never misled us or sugar-coated things nor did he dismiss any of our requests as trivial or reject them out of hand. While we bought an “inventory” home with preselected finishes and no personal selections allowed, Ryan went to bat for us so we could make one important change.Was the new construction process easy and stress free-no. Having Ryan Zimmerman as our sales representative, however, went a long way in lowering our stress level. He has our gratitude.

The Resort Amenity Center is spectacular! We toured this for one of our clients interested in moving to Lakewood Ranch. The Savannah model was beautiful with a great layout! Close to Waterside Place! Ryan Zimmerman was so nice, informative and attentive. He was an amazing salesperson.

Windward Community has been our choice for a new home in Sarasota. We worked with Michelle in Sales and she helped us to find the home we fell in love with, bought and are now living in. Michelle is a great sales associate and was able to answer all our questions about the community and a home. Once we decided on a place, she was with us along our journey until the very end.We also worked with Greg who was one of the project managers who kept us informed of our home’s progress up until closing time. He, just like Michelle, was patient and caring and worked hard on getting our home completed.We are now living here and couldn’t be happier.

The sales and customer support team at Neal Communities-Windward (LWR Sarasota, FL) is AMAZING! Especially Michelle Trebbi. She kept me informed at each step of my house construction. Though it’s not yet completed, I receive frequent updates and lots of pictures on current progress. This is so important because I currently live 3,000 miles away! When I have questions, Michelle never fails to chase down answers for me. Selecting the various options/upgrades were super fun also in the design center. Sheri Roca was incredibly patient as we go thru many changes/updates. I value her designer instincts and guide. I initially decided to build with Neal because they are a local regional builder and knows the area really well. More importantly, they are the only builder I found at the time who can concurrently build out my pool/spa and lanai enclosure during house construction, instead of after closing which would be a mess in digging out the manicured backyard. Imagine multiple neighbors doing the same dig simultaneous after moving in! All in all, I am very happy with Neal, and Michelle has made my experience a fabulous one thus far. Can’t wait to see the final build and moving in!
