I was out of state while purchasing and relying on pictures and videos of the home. I closed while still in another state and the closing team allowed my adult niece who is local to do the walkthrough for me and we closed remotely which was a huge money and timesaver for me. Once I had moved the construction manager dropped by to make sure I didn’t have additional questions. I really appreciate Neal’s attention to detail.

Very positive experience with everyone at every level that we came in contact with from Neal . This is our second Neal home and we’ve had a great experience both times purchasing and have loved each home.

We would recommend Neal to anyone else considering having a new home built. The quality of the home and the “field level” service is outstanding. As we mentioned in our other notes, the lack of communication regarding closing dates and process is a significant black mark. Neal’s advertising claims a focus on the customer but not knowing when or how the biggest purchase of your life is likely to occur is a consistent frustration. It overshadows the good work the field level folks (Aaron and Mikaila) are doing. Having said this, we are THRILLED with our new home. These thoughts are shared with you only with the purpose of helping you to get even better.

I was delighted and impress with the entire process of purchasing the house. After 50 plus years living in VA the transition was smooth and easy. The sales person, the design group, the construction manager were super nice, dedicated, attentive and pleasant to work with them. Grateful to the entire staff.

Our overall experience was great. From the moment we meet our salesperson we felt comfortable. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the community and the building process. He kept us informed with pictures and answered all our questions through the building process. He also worked with our builder to answer any questions about our build. Our builder was also was excellent about keeping us informed and letting us know about progress that was being made each week. We feel that our new home is beautiful and built well. We would definitely recommend Neal Communities to are friends and family that may one day need a home built.

I really like the layout of the community as a whole and the nature trails already being completed when I moved in. For me, it was an overall great process and any concerns I had were met with a quick response that resolved any issues.

We started looking with 10+ builders last April 2023 and when we visited Windward at Lakewood Ranch, from the first start when meeting our Sales Rep we knew this community would be our Forever Home. The selections of homes and the WOW factor, what a quality build. The whole experience working with the Design Team to working with your PM. There are many builders in our community and a choice to purchase those homes, while no one is perfect, Neal as a Brand in my talking with area residents will say, “Oh, you are using Neal, you have an Excellent builder,” and I smile to reply, “Yes I do.”

We are very pleased with our home, our lot choice, and the Vicenza subdivision.

Great floor plan with 10 Ft ceiling s and 8ft doors. The construction coordinator was great, very knowledge and personal. Made sure the quality was aways perfect. Went out of his way to communicate all the updates through out the building process. Took a personal interest in having a quality an timely completion! The sales associate was great, very professional and communicated often. Always helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were informed and happy with the purchase.

Our sales agent was a fantastic representative who helped us through the entire process. He was available when we had questions or concerns and went above and beyond our expectations. He made our first building process as smooth as possible and we couldn’t thank him enough. We love our house and the location at Grand Park. Thank you!

They were true professionals and gave us great updates during the building process. This made it seem like we were right here as they sent great pictures and written updates.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Special commendation has to go to our sale agent. He was exceptional. I’ve built other homes for myself and other people in my family with other builders and my experience has been once you bought the home, the sales representative really was not involved at all. He was constantly involved addressing every issue that came up, as it came up with lightning speed.

The entire process was incredible. Living in the area already and experiencing the Neal Process to the process we had with our previous builder could not be compared. Access to the site and home during the entire build was encouraged as long as we followed the Neal rules, which we did of course. Nearing the end, we were anxious of course and wanted to move in. Neal did all that they could to make it happen and we could not be happier. Do not ever change the options process. Typically, you get what you get. Having the options available to us, the process you have for selection allowed us to build what we feel is our retirement dream home. Thank you, you have an incredible process model. Don’t change it.
