Reward programs are two separate programs. Sales cannot be combined. Sales procured with each entity are recognized only by the entity the sale is
procured with. Commission: 3% payable to your office for a sale provided that you are the Procuring Cause. Commission will be paid on the base home
and home site premium. For completed inventory, commission will be Paid on net con-tract price, exclusive of merchandising and furniture. Payment
of Commissions: Commissions will be paid as follows: 1. In full at lot close (if a lot and home purchase) or 2. In full after home closing if an end close.
To be eligible for commission, real estate broker must be procuring cause and must be present during prospective buyer’s first visit and registration at the related Neal community. Each realtor/client registration is per community and valid for 90 days within that same community. A prospective buyer may not be eligible to be registered by a realtor if they (1) made a prior visit to the community’s sales office, (2) previously registered with Neal Communities at the same community, or (3) otherwise indicated that stated that, as a prospective buyer, they are not being represented by a broker.
