Greens are like an ice rink. Nothing is going to stick. Tough! However the rough is non existent. Many Interesting holes. Challenging if you’re not playing from the right tee box.
Tons of water with active wildlife. Believe they remove the gators allowing for so many birds and turtles.

Right from our initial inquiry into Neal homes at Boca Royale in Wellen Park, working with Ryan Ahern, the Neal Communities Sales Representative, has been an excellent experience. Although Ryan works for Neal, we felt he was our advocate, too, every step of the way. Each time we met with him, he was upbeat and pleasant, addressing all of our questions or issues in an easy-going, professional, manner. He has gone above and beyond, to help us put together the perfect second/vacation home. He has had most of the answers to our questions, but when he didn’t, he quickly found answers. He was patient with our myriad of questions, and always responsive, even when we shot him a question after working hours or on his day off. Buying and building a home can be stressful, we know because this will be our third build. However, Ryan, has made the first phase of this process as smooth and stress-free as building a home in another state can be. We feel confident in Neal Communities as our builders, because Ryan has been up front and honest with all of our inquiries regarding the company, the community, the process, the timeline, and our options. We truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail, as well as his availability, fun nature, and most important, his integrity. We are thrilled to find our new home in Boca Royale Golf & Country Club thanks to Kathy Lane. Kathy was our salesperson and showed and sold us the perfect home that checked all of our boxes. In fact, when we walked in and saw the lanai and pool, we were floored it was the same design we had come up with if we were going to build from scratch. Kathy was so right when she said how friendly the community is, and we would have friends in no time. Kathy was so patient and quickly responded to all of our questions during the process, which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend you talk to Kathy if you are looking for a social community with plenty of activities and want to be close to the beach. We are golfers and are loving the new golf course and the men's and women's leagues.

Beautiful, gated community. Many of the home are older but renovated and new homes are also available. There is a club house, a retaurant and, of course, golf.Their website has ample info and over 300 images.

Boca Royale in Englewood which is an eel Community also as a restaurant there that is one of the top on our list prices reasonable very overlooking the golf course very clean one of our favorites
