Neal Communities, Southwest Florida’s largest private homebuilder, has broken ground on the final building that will complete Seychelles, a carriage home community near downtown Naples. Seychelles includes 28 buildings with a total of 224 units built around three lakes and preserve areas with an elegant tropical feel.
