I’d like to share my recent experience. My wife and I listed our property for sale in Orlando, and to our surprise, it sold in just three days! After completing the inspection, we are set to close on June 27th. However, we found ourselves without a plan for where to live next.Our realtor recommended that I check out The Verandah this Sunday, mentioning that it was a fantastic place, but she wouldn’t be able to join due to other commitments. I reached out to Neal Properties to see if I could tour the models and the grounds based on her recommendation. Unfortunately, I had to leave a voicemail since no sales agents were available at the time. I do appreciate that they called me back, but the interaction left much to be desired. The representative sounded disinterested and didn’t ask about my situation or how they could assist me.When I inquired about visiting on Sunday, I was informed that the hours were from 12-5 pm. I explained that my realtor had suggested The Verandah, but since she couldn’t accompany me this Sunday, I was told I would need to return with her for my first visit to ensure she received credit. It was frustrating to hear that despite my efforts to explore based on my realtor's recommendation and the long drive I was making, she would not get any recognition if I proceeded alone.Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I felt that the staff could have been more accommodating and attentive. It seems that this may not be the right fit for us.

Verandah is a GORGEOUS community! Very conveniently located near Interstate 75, a short drive to downtown Fort Myers, yet it has an urban feel. It's very close to a Shopping Center with most everything you need, including banks, a Publix and a really good Italian restaurant. The community is gorgeous and their Club facilities, including the open air restaurant have a very warm, friendly atmosphere with lovely River views. Their indoor restaurant at the club has great lunch specials and very reasonable prices. Kayaking, golf, Fitness, and of course swimming pools. The homes are really pretty and quite well priced for the market.My clients are very happy with their new pool home in Verandah.
