Wonderful Warranty Department

Mr. Neal,

I just want to compliment Joe Mesh on his excellent service. I had some tiles come loose in my guest bath awhile ago. I emailed the warranty department with my concern. Joe Mesh called me and listened.

He put my mind at ease about the potential concerns I had. When he came out, he was very punctual, very professional and made arrangements, based on my schedule to remedy the issue.

As I have house guests frequently, he put a temporary fix on it so guests could use the shower. He scheduled a time so that he could come back and see exactly what was going on. Again, very punctual and professional. He called the tile repair person while he was here to schedule a time for them to come out at my convenience, between house guests.

He has a wonderful way of explaining things and putting your mind at ease. He is very personable and likable aside from excelling at his job. I feel he is trustworthy and has my best interest in mind.

This has been my second experience with your wonderful warranty department and each time I have been very impressed with the customer care and concern. This outstanding attitude and action makes me glad I chose to live in Eagle Trace.

I have worked in the Customer Service field a great deal of my life and know how vitally important having the right kind of person in these customer focused positions is to success. Joe Mesh is a true asset to your team.
