For John, he finds that determining the right home for a client goes much deeper than general questions about bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet and amenities. “I try to discover the emotional reasons why a client is looking to buy a new home. That way I can match them to the right property at the right price.”
Let’s Get Personal: Family & Hobbies
John likes to stay fit. He enjoys the gym, hockey and volleyball. For a more relaxing evening out he plays darts or heads to the movies. He’s been married for 2 years to his wife Trish and they’re expecting their first (a baby boy) this November.
Larry and his wife of 18 years, Claudine, are volunteers at the Mastiff Rescue of Florida. They’ve got two spoiled Mastiff adoptees at home, Meatball and Cocoa.

We asked Larry to tell us a little bit about why Coastal Key is a special place to live. He kept coming back to the intimate setting, manicured grounds, seaside-style vibe and premium location near to Fort Myers Beach.
“The quality and craftsmanship of these homes is also second to none.”
His favorite floor plan is Starlight because of the open-concept family room/kitchen and the spacious walk-in pantry and utility room.

John also chose the Starlight plan as his favorite. He said it’s exactly the same layout he and his wife would choose if they were in the market. “Plenty of bedrooms, spacious living areas and an excellent kitchen.”
He said Watermark’s location is perfect because it’s close to everything but distanced from heavy traffic roads. Top draws to the community are the resort-style amenities and proximity to the Bell Tower Shops.
Quality is also key. “There aren’t many builders that use the quality of materials that Neal does.”
