This year, the Manatee-Sarasota Parade of Homes featured 90 model homes, 9 communities and 3 developments throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties. Exciting homes and locations like these help showcase Florida West Coast living at its best—and we’re thrilled to be a part of it!
Our first award—a tie for Best Kitchen—went to The Sandcastle floor plan at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club. In fact, this bright kitchen is a homebuyer favorite, as well, thanks to a large kitchen island and open concept design that flows into the home’s dining area and great room.
The Triumph floor plan at Grand Park won two awards: Best Master Suite and Best Floor Plan. This spacious one-story home boasts four bedrooms. This includes a well-appointed master suite featuring a large master bath and walk-in closet.
Finally, The Savannah 2 floor plan at Windward won for Best Kitchen. Its airy gourmet kitchen opens to a beautiful great room and dining area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining!
The luxury homes at Neal Signature Homes also won awards this year. To begin, The Carlotta at Country Club East won for Best Overall home in its category.
