The best part of my experience is how my Sales Associate (Darice) and my Builder (Candace) genuinely CARED about me. I never was just another customer to them, they each took time to find out what was important to me and every concern I had they both took time to address them as soon as possible. Even after closing on my house Candace has stopped over to make sure everything was okay, Darice was constantly updating me with pictures if I couldn’t make it down to my house during the building period.

During my design session Amy asked if I was satisfied with all my selections and I expressed I wanted a different color backsplash. She immediately went to the back and pulled out the EXACT tile I had in mind, it had just been delivered that morning. Amy just made sure that my vision came to life. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica as my customer care associate, who went above and beyond to help me, answer phone calls and even response to my emails, she really made the closing process so smooth.

Once I closed I thought that there would be no more assistance, once I closed I have had several minor issues with my home and Scott, the warranty guy at Milano, is here at my door to help fix the problem, always follows up to make sure I didn’t have any further problems & again just genuinely cares that I have the best experience with my new home. I can’t say enough good things about all the people that I worked with.
