Neal Communities has about 400 Trade Partners with whom we’ve been working for more than 30 years. On any given day, there are about 105 Partners on the job throughout our communities. Our Trade Partners are our vendors. Of this group, more than 80 have helped reduce home prices for Neal Communities. In return for trade price reductions, we’ve worked hard to make sure our jobs are scheduled and managed in such a way as to keep our processes efficient and our Partners working. This has had a huge and successful result. Again, we're able to pass these savings on to our home buyers.
