REVIEWING PLANS AND FEATURES
- Attend a meeting with your New Home Sales Representative and your builder
- Review homesite specifications with your builder
- Select custom features and design choices with your assigned Design Consultant
- Approve final home plans including custom features and options

PERMITTING & SCHEDULING
- Neal submits civil, structural and mechanical engineering for review
- Neal applies for the building permit with county government
- Our Construction department schedules your projected construction start date
