Select the home that is best for you and your family
Sign the Purchase Agreement
Receive our Home Detail Guide, which tells you all about owning and maintaining a new home

Reviewing Plans and Features

Attend a meeting with your New Home Sales Representative and your builder
Review homesite specifications with your builder
Select custom features and design choices with your assigned Design Consultant
Approve final home plans including custom features and options

Construction Launch

Pour concrete floor footprint
Complete framing of home
Install mechanical features
Review installations with your builder
Finish interior drywall

Financing a Home

Secure financing for your new home through the institution of your choice or select our preferred lenders. Please see your New Home Sales Representative for more information.

Permitting & Scheduling

Neal submits civil, structural and mechanical engineering for review
Neal applies for the building permit with county government
Our Construction department schedules your projected construction start date

Finalizing

Neal schedules the expected completion date of construction
Homeowner notifies utility companies of impending service
