Central Park at Lakewood Ranch
Central Park will be built as a seamless extension of the current Lakewood Ranch community. Designed to be an inclusive neighborhood with something for everyone, it will have 800 single-family homes. The community will entail five separate neighborhoods and feature a range of floorplans to fit various lifestyles. The centerpiece will be the grand park reminiscent of main street America where growing up meant being close to the park and your friends. The park will include shaded picnic areas, a covered pavilion, sports fields for baseball and soccer, and a children's adventure playground. Central Park is located north of S.R. 70 on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.
The community is under construction and planned to open July 2010.
