During the holidays, some of your most precious memories are made with friends and family! Gathering for family dinners, decorating, and exchanging recipes are some of our favorite things to do! Here are some of our favorite holiday sweets that you can make for the entire family this season:
Vanilla Roll Cake
While this may be the messiest dessert to make on our list, it will most likely be the family favorite! It is made with a delicious outer layer and a creamy inside. Here are a few of the ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (30 grams) sifted cake flour
- 3 tablespoons (30 grams) cornstarch

Mint Oreo Truffles
Where can you go wrong with a mint and Oreo taste? Only three ingredients are needed to make this delicious dessert that tastes like chocolate-covered Oreo cheesecakes!
- 1 (15.25 oz) package Mint Creme Oreos
- 8 ounces (224g) cream cheese
- 12 ounces high quality semi-sweet chocolate1
French Silk Pie
Rather than using traditional pie crust, this French Silk Pie is made with Oreo cookie crust which adds to the overall intensity of the pie. The crunchy firmness of the crust is a perfect counterbalance to the silky, creamy, luscious filling.
The filling is the most anticipated part of this pie. It’s not as light and airy as chocolate mousse but also not as dense or heavy as chocolate cheesecake. It’s why the pie is called French silk. It’s silky smooth, rich, decadent, and truly incredible! Learn how to make yours HERE!
